The tools existed. None of them were built for us.
Doris Ndumuanya didn’t set out to build a product — she was trying to fix her own workflow.
Over six years, she led social media teams managing brands across Africa, Europe, and North America. In that time, she used every major tool on the market — Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later. They all worked, but none were built for the way the work actually happened.
Planning, approvals, feedback, and reporting were scattered — across different tools, WhatsApp threads, and email chains, all shaped by varying regional demands. Managing multiple brands for multiple clients, while navigating time zones and reporting expectations, turned what should have been a streamlined process into constant coordination and inefficiency.
In May 2026, she co-founded Orbit360 with her brother, Benjamin, to build the platform she had always needed — one that brings planning, collaboration, publishing, and reporting into a single, unified workflow.
"Every agency I worked with had the same problem. Too many tools, too many tabs, and no single place where the whole team could see what was happening. We decided to build that place."
